This wonderful, slow-paced 60-minute class focuses on increasing flexibility and relaxation. This is a non-weight bearing style of practice perfect for all-levels, for those that prefer a less vigorous practice, and those recovering from injury. It is the perfect compliment to a strong flow practice (the perfect "post-power flow" class) and other athletics and provides an opportunity for stress relief and stillness.
