New Year Fitness Programs!

Are you looking for a workout to get you over a plateau? Are you looking to challenge yourself, both physically and mentally? Tuff-N-Up Fitness Bootcamp is a non-intimidating atmosphere designed for any fitness level; from beginners just entering the fitness world to the elite fitness buff that just needs a change in their daily routine. We will help you stay accountable, offer guidance, motivation, fun, and support as you strive for your goal! A group training atmosphere allows you to surround yourself with positive energy and adds an element of fun to help achieve your goals, while encouraging and supporting others to reach their goals.  So bust the excuse of “no time” and “no motivation” with a high energy, fat burning circuit workout. Our high intensity training mixed with our “TUFF” love approach will have you experience new ways to get fit and have fun.


Winter Schedule:

Mondays/Wednesdays (with a couple Thursdays)

1st Session: January 8-February 19

2nd Session: February 21-March 28

3rd Session: April 2-May 9

Core Flow Yoga

NEW YEAR SESSION: Mondays January 8-February 26 *No Class on Monday February 19*


This 60-minute class is a lively, invigorating class, perfect for those looking to lose weight or build strength and endurance. Each class will incorporate strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and stamina building. Expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout with breath work


Time: 7:00-8:00 PM

Costs: $84 for Flow

           $136.50 for both Flow & Yin

Yin Yoga

NEW YEAR SESSION: Mondays January 8-February 26 *No Class on Monday February 19*


This wonderful, slow-paced 60-minute class focuses on increasing flexibility and relaxation.  This is a non-weight bearing style of practice perfect for all-levels, for those that prefer a less vigorous practice, and those recovering from injury. It is the perfect compliment to a strong flow practice (the perfect "post-power flow" class) and other athletics and provides an opportunity for stress relief and stillness.


Time: 8:15-9:15

Costs: $84  for Yin Yoga

$136.50 for both Flow & Yin
