Adult Day Program
Monday to Thursday at the Golden Friendship Centre
SAMPLE DAY
9:00 Clients begin to arrive
9:30 Coffee/Breakfast
10:00 Musical entertainment and Bible Reading
10:30 Physical Exercise Program designed for Seniors
11:00 Game Time – Variety of games
12:00 Lunch – a hot nutritious meal is prepared on the premises
1:00 Mental Exercise (a period of rest is also offered)
1:45 Bingo
2:30 Snack
2:45 Clients prepare for home.
There is a User Fee, determined by the Government of Manitoba

Beach Volleyball
3 on 3 Beach Volleyball league in Niverville. Registration is $50/team (3-4 players/team). Games at Hespeler park at 7pm Tuesday and Thursday nights during July

Elite Fitness & Dance Inc. promotes physical well-being through exercise programs, fitness training, nutritional support, and overall awareness. Memberships are available to both men and women on a drop-in, monthly, or yearly basis. A variety of gym equipment is available to use, such as elliptical trainers, exercise bikes, treadmills, free weights, weight machines, etc. Programs are offered throughout the year in classes such as Aerobics, Boot Camp, Circuit Training, Dance, Kickboxing,  and Yoga.

Indoor Walking Track
There is an indoor walking track located at the Heritage Centre. Please call the Heritage Centre for hours

Seniors Fitness Class
Wednesdays from 9:30-10:15am at the Heritage Center Upper Level. All classes are done seated in chairs. Use of 1lb weights or dynabands are used for a light muscle class, although classes can also have a stretching and flexibility yoga-type focus. Drop ins welcome and encouraged.

Tae Kwon Do
Monday and Thursday evenings (year round) at the Golden Friendship Centre 118 2nd ave South.
Kinder class (ages 4-6): 6:30-7pm
Ages 7 & up (no age limit): 7:00-8:00pm

Yoga
At the Niverville Combative Arts Training Centre
Mondays 8:30 - 9:30 pm - Cost $120/12 sessions.  First session is full but we are taking reservations for second session starting in Jan.
